A brief introduction…
The Forget-Me-Not team are pioneers in inclusive arts, disability & also assistive technology. We believe that everyone has the right to express themselves creatively through the arts. Indeed, we use assistive technology and also other digital media to enable people with the most complex needs to access the arts independently.
Our work includes:
- inclusive arts and assistive technology workshops for children and adults, including those with complex physical and also cognitive disabilities
- training, consultancy and assessments for professionals working in the arts, education, health, medicolegal and also charitable sectors
- mobile recording studio and videography facilities for disabled musicians, actors and also filmmakers
- research & development into assistive technology and also inclusive arts practices
Our goal is to also increase participation in all areas of inclusive arts at all levels.
A quote from our Chief Executive Clary Saddler
“Everyone has the right to express themselves creatively through the arts regardless of their disability, gender, race, religion or sexuality. Forget-Me-Not-Productions are innovators – using assistive technologies and similarly other digital technology – to make the arts accessible to everyone. We specialise in working with people with the most complex physical and/or cognitive disabilities who may have never been given the opportunity to create their own culture, for example by participating in their heritage. Furthermore, we have a ‘can do’ attitude and we will work with anyone – regardless of their ability level or disability.”
